
I’ve been away from the kitchen for a while after a long start to the year, but I’m back to feast on blood oranges – one of my favourite gluts of the calendar.
At the first blush of spring, there is an abundance of these gorgeous crimson oranges in the markets, ready to add a colourful zing to your palate after the long winter months. They’re beautiful, they’re juicy and they brighten up any plate.
